KNOWN ISSUE: Image Thumbnailing

We are currently working to resolve a problem where uploaded images (including images uploaded to image galleries) are not completing the thumbnail process properly and are stuck in a pending status. Please note that image thumbnailing is conducted in a background queue within the Ignite cluster. This means that repeated attempts to upload images may result in multiple copies of your image appearing once this problem is resolved. UPDATED: Publish Errors

Update 3/10 11:27AM Eastern: At this time, the fix has been rolled into production and we believe this matter to be resolved. The associated tickets will be marked as such and we will continue to monitor this and update the associated help desk forum thread.

We are currently investigating a problem with publish attempts in Ignite resulting in errors. For more information, visit our help desk forums (click here). If you have auction information you need published, please complete all changes and use either the live chat support button at the top of Ignite or the support tab on the right side of the Ignite screen to request a manual publish before logging off of Ignite.

Ignite’s core services are now restored, but we are continuing to monitor three issues:

  • Auctions not moving automatically to past

Patches have been applied recently to resolve these issues:

  • Image uploads
  • Select assets for sale lists not displaying correctly.
