This means that repeated attempts to upload images may result in multiple copies of your image appearing once this problem is resolved. If you have any information you feel will help the AuctionServices.com team resolve this problem, please feel free to comment on this thread. If you have auction information you need published, please complete all changes and use either the live chat support button at the top of Ignite or the support tab on the right side of the Ignite screen to request a manual publish before logging off of Ignite.

Better Help Desk and Chat Software

In addition to the new community software, AuctionServices.com has new live chat support software and new help desk software with customer support forums. This new software will help us serve you better by giving you a variety of ways to alert us when you have a support or customer service issue. You can chat with us by clicking the “Live Support ONLINE” button. In addition, the “Support” tab on the right side of select products will open up a new trouble ticket. You can also email HIDDEN EMAIL to initiate a new ticket in our help desk software.

We will try to keep abreast of the situation as we hear from the NAA and will attempt to keep our customers notified of the situation as it develops.
