New Feedback and Support Software

Over the years, the AuctionServices.com Team has employed a variety of tools for enhancing customer service. We used everything from pen and paper to email and databases. While the various tools fit the particular time and tasks we needed them for, we are now upgrading them to better serve you. All end users of AuctionServices.com now have new toolbox for communicating with both the AuctionServices.com Team and with other AuctionServices.com customers, bidders, buyers, and sellers.

Give Us Feedback

Have an idea, question, problem, or some praise about AuctionServices.com and the products and services that go along with it? Let everyone hear about it! After all, we don’t build our products for us, our customers build our products by telling us what they need. To help capture all of this, AuctionServices.com now has a community on Get Satisfaction, the leading community-building software on the Internet. You can access the community directly (click here) or use the “Feedback” tab on the left side of AuctionServices.com’s sites and products.

Better Help Desk and Chat Software

In addition to the new community software, AuctionServices.com has new live chat support software and new help desk software with customer support forums. This new software will help us serve you better by giving you a variety of ways to alert us when you have a support or customer service issue. You can chat with us by clicking the “Live Support ONLINE” button. In addition, the “Support” tab on the right side of select products will open up a new trouble ticket. You can also email HIDDEN EMAIL to initiate a new ticket in our help desk software.

Quick Add (One-Page) form

Auctioneers asked for a faster means of adding new auctions to the Ignite system. The new “Quick Add” option brings up the auction essentials on one screen for quickly and easily inputting the basic information for an upcoming auction event. Input all from just one page. For auctioneers on the go, this timesaving feature will let them get back to business and worry about the fine print details later!

eRealInvestor Integration

AuctionServices.com is proud to announce a new partnership with eRealInvestor! These new tools allow in-depth analysis of real estate directly from the auction listing and are free as our gift to you from now until late January. New Chat Support System

The AuctionServices.com Team always stands ready to help and support any auctioneers who should ever require our assistance. To better facilitate that support, we introduced our new chat support system into the Ignite system. This improved support system is more stable and robust than the previous version, but also offers advanced functions to better enable us to assist with problems or questions of any sort. Organizational Calendar Control

Executive administrators of state auctioneer associations now have better administrative control over the auctions that appear on the association’s auction calendars. This seamless integration allows the administrators to edit, review, and even remove auctions on the association calendar that members publish to the system. If you are a state association executive director or administrator and want a personal guided tour of this new system, please contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule a mutually convenient time.

AuctionZip Integration Limited Beta

After months of testing, AuctionZip activated the hub integration to the Ignite system. For those of you using the AuctionZip interface, you may have even seen the Ignite option on their system. We are excited to announce that this evening, a select number of accounts will be activated with the AuctionZip hub system directly integrated into their Ignite interface in return!

Improved Assets for Sale Ordering

This exciting new feature allows for drag-and-drop item sorting across all Assets for Sale catalogs. This new feature is only available to customer who have completed their Assets for Sale training and been migrated to the new Ignite Assets for Sale System. If you are still using the legacy Assets for Sale product, please contact AuctionServices.com at your earliest convenience to schedule your training so we can migrate you to the new system and to take advantage of these new advanced features.

CAPTCHA

To help eliminate the amount of form spam received by our customers, all “Contact Us” and “Email this auction” forms in the Ignite interface will soon have CAPTCHA. This technology is often seen on websites and requires the typing of letters and numbers to confirm that the form is being completed by a live person.
